MASTER THE PULL-UP
Whether you're hitting your first rep or working on high-volume endurance, proper band setup is critical for maximizing lat engagement and safety.
SECURE THE ANCHOR
Tightly loop the band over a stable pull-up bar. Ensure the loop is snug against the bar so it won't slip during the movement.
MOUNT THE BAND
Pull the bottom of the band down and step one foot securely into the loop. Grip the bar with both hands, keeping your core tight.
EXECUTE THE REP
Engage your lats and pull your chin over the bar. The band will provide maximum assistance at the bottom and less at the top.
